"Johanna was fantastic! From the first meeting we had together, my wife and I had no doubt that our wedding would not skip a beat when we took a backseat on the wedding day. Johanna has wonderful communication. She answered any and all questions we had in a matter of hours. She had planning documents prepared quickly and with great detail at the end of every meeting. Johanna always had a positive attitude and was incredibly easy to work with. I could not recommend a better planner from a better event team!"

We never felt like we were burdening her with questions especially as wedding day started to approach which is so crucial to managing stress levels. We always felt like we were her number 1 priority. She answered all of our questions promptly and of course asked us questions we hadn’t even thought of yet! Day of- she was always around and was an absolute boss at handling two brides! She’ll politely command a room full of chatty people and make everyone fall in line so you don’t have to and she is always just a holler away if you need anything. "Johanna went above and beyond to help us out with our big day. Our only regret was not using one of Johanna's larger packages. We used the finishing touch package, but from the second we started working with Johanna, our wedding planning experience changed drastically for the better. By the time we connected with her, we had already booked most venders, but looking back, I wish we had connected earlier. "If you need a planner, book Johanna as soon as you can. She and her team are absolutely amazing. She’s so organized (my DJ said she had the most thorough timeline he’d ever seen). She was super responsive. I booked her for the “Finishing Touches” coordinator which is month of coordination, and she went over and beyond what she needed to do. I wish I had booked her for partial or full planning! It was so nice to relax on my wedding day because I knew Johanna and her team had everything covered. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. We had a last-minute change and she worked with us on getting a new one and figuring out what needed to change. She made the last month of wedding planning such a breeze. She walked us through everything we needed to have set for the wedding timeline as well as went over everything for the wedding rehearsal day before. I'm so grateful for Johanna and her team making the day so smooth and seamless. Johanna is a wedding angel sent from above. She was put on this Earth to do weddings."

Her work is really so much more than day-of coordination and she helped guide us in the months prior to the wedding in terms of things we didn’t even know to ask about. She had an impressive way of getting things done and directing the bridal party/family to stay on schedule without making anything feel stressful or rushed. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and now I’m just sad the wedding is over, and we don’t get to work with her anymore!"

"Our wedding day and vow renewal were both low stress thanks to Johanna! After having to really scale down our original wedding, Johanna stayed in contact with us for over a year to make sure both our small wedding in 2021 and our vow renewal in 2022 were everything we wanted. She was easy to contact and responded quickly, she kept everything very organized and made sure to know exactly what we wanted. "Johanna did amazing! My husband and me were engaged for two years and had a lot of planning to do. We didn’t expect COVID to happen when we first got engaged in the fall of 2019. Things got crazy when COVID hit and we were nervous of how it could affect our vendors and everything involved with the wedding. We came across Johanna from a recommendation and we definitely needed her involved! She kept us positive throughout the pandemic and kept us on track with meeting deadlines we needed to when it came to completing booking vendors to ensure we got what we wanted. She made the process as smooth as I can think it could be.

"Having Johanna as our coordinator was the best wedding planning decision we made, right up there with venue in terms of importance! She provided a very helpful list of recommended vendors and gave great advice in the months before the wedding. The week and day of the wedding, she was absolutely invaluable! She coordinated with all of our vendors and decorated the reception site while we were at the church getting ready for the ceremony. We absolutely could not have done it without her! We prepped some of the décor ourselves (DIY centerpieces, etc.), and when I handed it off to Johanna the day before the wedding, I felt a huge sense of relief. She enabled me to just relax and enjoy the big day without worrying about anything! I really cannot recommend her enough! She’s professional, thorough, experienced, fun to work with, and truly cares about making everything goes smoothly."

"If you are on the fence about a wedding planner/coordinator, Johanna is the best! It is an overwhelming task and Johanna and her staff took away all the stress! Very professional, organized, available and responsive! A huge help with planning and organizing and took care of everything the day of, from setting up and keeping us on track to making sure our elderly folks were comfortable and had help fixing a plate! When the night was over, everything was packed and ready at the door for loading. We were cleaned up and out of the venue 30 minutes after the wedding! I cannot say enough good things about Johanna and her team! It felt like we were her only clients and she was just as interested in every aspect of my daughter's wedding as we were! "As a type-A bride who balanced her years of convention/event planning experience with a strong desire to not present as a "bridezilla", I struggled to trust people with aspects of my wedding for fear of conflict over things not being done correctly in my eyes. "If you're planning a wedding stop what you're doing and go hire Johanna and her team. I am not exaggerating when I say that hiring Johanna as our day-of-coordinator was the single best decision my husband and I made in our wedding planning process. I can be very Type A (and have built a career in project management) so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a coordinator who could 1) handle my personality (admittedly I can be a lot) and 2) could be organized enough that I could truly turn my brain off for my wedding ceremony and just enjoy the day. Johanna absolutely blew us away. Not only is she one of the most organized people I've ever met, she's an incredibly kind and genuine human, and made us feel like we had a true teammate in this crazy wedding planning process. When people tell you that no matter how much you prepare your wedding will never go exactly according to plan, they mean it. The MORNING of my wedding I received an email from my photobooth vendor that their equipment was broken and that they could no longer fulfill our contract. Johanna helped us secure a replacement vendor in a matter of hours and took care of the logistics so my husband and I could be fully present on our wedding day. We also experienced a crazy rain storm that disrupted a key period of our timeline and had to postpone our outdoor ceremony, but Johanna was there every step of the way taking caring of the last minute change of plans, advocating for us, and making sure the vision we had for our ceremony and reception was executed beautifully in the end. I genuinely cannot say enough kind things about Johanna.
